About Us

Company History

Endeavour Partnership is a niche commercial firm. It was founded in August 1999 by commercial lawyers Paul Bennett, Paul Bury, Andrew Maisey and Quentin Pearson, originally with Teesside firm Punch Robson, with the objective of setting up a firm focusing purely on business law.

The firm was strengthened by the arrival of Toby Tilly and Simon Wake from Eversheds in December 2000. The reputation and quality of these lawyers is evidenced by the fact that the vast majority of existing business clients followed them from their previous firms.

In August 2004 Julie Bruce, previously with Eversheds and Hammonds, became our seventh partner; this was followed in August 2005 by Joanna Smith, with David Hunter (previously with Eversheds and Dickinson Dees) becoming the firm's 9th partner in March 2006.

Lee Bramley became Endeavour's 10th partner in August 2007.

Building on our areas of expertise

We are delighted to have recently secured the services of Anna Rabin, a highly experienced construction specialist, to expand the services we can offer to our construction and developer clients. Anna was, until recently, head of the Construction and Engineering department at City firm Jeffrey Green Russell, and is now joining us as a consultant.

Anna will also be assisted where appropriate by Satpal Pandal of our Commercial Property Department, and if you have the misfortune to become involved in a construction dispute, she will be able to liaise with our Commercial Litigation Department to assist your case.
